Review : wonderful mixed with cinnamon in diffuser
I have been getting into aromatherapy lately and purchased an aroma diffuser. I would like to get into mixing different blends to experience the full benefits of aromatherapy and I am slowly trying out different scents. I have been very happy with Plant Guru’s line of essential oils.
So far I have tried;
Pink Grapefruit: Fresh, sweet citrus smell. Helps with oily prone skin. Brightens your day and uplifts your spirits.
Eucalyptus: Woodsy, medicinal smell. Wonderful for combating the effects of colds and flu as well as keeping insects at bay. Great on sore muscles and joints.
Peppermint: I love putting a few drops in my whipped body butters. Great as a foot cream before climbing into bed
Spearmint: Reminds me of chewing gum. A drop or two in your ice tea is delicious.
Clove: This one, mixed with cinnamon smells great in the winter. It gives a warm, cozy feeling.
Tea tree: Cannot beat its antifungal…
